From your survey's Responses tab:
- Export CSV - available on every plan. A raw row-per-response file with every question as a column.
- Export Excel - requires a plan with the Excel export capability. Same data as CSV, delivered as a real .xlsx workbook.
- Export PDF report - requires a plan with the PDF reports capability. A formatted summary report with charts per question, rather than a raw data dump.
All three exports reflect the same underlying data - file uploads and signatures export as direct download links, and matrix answers export as readable "row: column" pairs rather than raw JSON.
