Click View next to any response in your Responses tab to see everything that respondent submitted, question by question - including open text answers, uploaded files (with a download link), signatures (rendered as an image), and ranking order, none of which show up in the aggregate summary.
This is the place to go when the dashboard's summary numbers raise a question you want to dig into - for example, reading the actual comments behind a low satisfaction score.
