Scheduling your survey to open and close automatically

Professional plans and above can schedule exactly when a survey goes live and when it stops accepting responses, without needing to click Publish or Close manually.

On your survey's edit page, under Scheduling:

• Publish automatically at - only available while the survey is still a draft. It goes live on its own at the time you set.
• Close automatically at - available regardless of status. Once this time passes, new responses stop being accepted, exactly like clicking Close survey manually.

This is useful for time-boxed research windows, or for lining up a survey to launch with a campaign or event without needing someone available to press publish at the right moment.
