Setting up a custom domain for your surveys

Business plans and above can serve surveys from a domain you own - for example surveys.yourcompany.com - instead of our default domain.

From your Custom Domain settings, enter your domain and save it. You'll be shown DNS records to add at your domain provider (usually a CNAME record). Once added, click Verify now - DNS changes can take a few minutes to propagate, so if verification fails immediately, wait a bit and try again.

Once connected, your survey links and your public creator profile at the root URL are both served from your domain automatically - no changes needed to links you've already shared, since your original survey links keep working too.
